Discretions and duties of the customer

The customer is legitimize to use the vehicle only for the period conventional in rental contract. User is not allowe to

Service and repairs

This assurance is not valid in case of the break the laws and rules of police and in case of using alkohol or narkotics before and pass the drive and on the damages, which arise as a rsult of not following the technical norms of the , vehicle, rental order or assurance conditions.
User is due to ask the car rental for consent to go out of the Slovak Republik. The assurance for travel abroud, the user pay in car rental. Eventual regress right of assurance company, the car rental move to user.

Accidents and damages

Every accident, crash, harm, destruction, stealed part of the vehicle is the user due to report immediately on the police departement or in outland to relevant organ, assure inscription to accident card, which have to be presented in car rental immediately and also come in car rental to take dwon the minutes. The user obliges to cooperate with the car rental in retreation of the vehicle. In case of not acquittal of this duty, car rental will enforce recourse on the user in full amount of outlays of retreaction of the vehicle.

In case of the accident notify the car rental immediatly, which provide the necessary help. If the accident or the not capability of vehicle to drive, without the involve of user, the car rental provide the retreat of the vehicle, if it is necessary. Car rental will not pay-off the price of the repair in foreign, without adjust of the price and acts.

1.ID card or passport
2.driving licence valid min. 2 years (the age of the driver min. 23)
